companyOS Twin runs on your computer and notices the apps you use, in the same order, again and again. A spreadsheet, then a document, then an editor: when the same sequence repeats on several days, the twin offers it as a routine. The companyOS Twin overview page on a fixed 900 by 600 window A new routine starts as a draft. You can dry-run it, then run it yourself with your approval. It runs on its own only after it has earned that, and only for steps that are local and reversible.

What it does

  • Notices repeated work. It records the name of the app in front, the kind of window, and, if you turn it on, the host and path shape of the active browser tab. It never reads titles, page text, typed text, the clipboard or screenshots.
  • Suggests routines. Rules find repeated app sequences. Nothing is suggested until it repeats on at least three different days.
  • Runs them with approval. Each run starts from you, from the tray, or from Run now. Steps that send or write things ask again.
  • Shows what it could take off your hands. The App readiness page shows, for each app, how much of its work could run on its own.
  • Stays on this device. Raw activity is stored in one encrypted database, and it is deleted after 90 days.
